3. Refund and Return Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
No Refunds on Downloadable PDF Products
All sales of downloadable PDF products are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any downloadable items purchased through our platform.
Subscription-Based Services
Refunds for subscription-based services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@elevatorcompliancesolutions.com within 7 days of the transaction. Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of Elevator Compliance Solutions.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving merchandise.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and labels intact.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect due to ECS’s error.
3.2 Defective or Incorrect Items:
Contact ECS within 10 days of receiving the item.
Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos.
ECS will arrange for a replacement or refund, including applicable shipping costs.
3.3 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an ECS error.
3.4 Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
